The Enterprise Hub prides ourselves with a wide range of office users from the
smallest start-up office requirement to a whole host of large companies. We have also hosted
Bollywood productions in our offices and have worked with creative England
to assist in film production amongst various other uses.
The aim of our business initiative is an easy in easy out model, which is able to

We have supported businesses since our founder set up his first rental property in 1972. Many of these businesses have subsequently been with us now for a significant amount of time, and in a number of cases as much as 20 years. They have started in small information units and have moved to larger units within our portfolio.
